Pompeya y Herculano. A la sombra del Vesubio 2007-2008
Works from the Archeological Museum of Naples and Pompey, the exhibition revises the history of the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD, when the Roman cities of Pompey and Herculano were covered along with a range of very important elements of Roman civilization.
These outstanding archeological vestiges from the domus and streets, from gardens and taverns, offer a vision of the world that was buried under volcanic ash for centuries. A series of engravings and paintings historically place the tragedy and excavation of the cities that was carried out in the XVIII century.
Organized by Obra Social Caja Duero and with the collaboration of Instituto italiano di Cultura.

The Neapolitan Nativity Scene. The Art of Nativity Scenes between Naples and Spain. (2007)
With work from private Italian collections, the exhibition offers a wide view of the Neapolitan Nativity Scene through the numerous and extremely valuable original pieces from the 18th century. These pieces show the high quality of the art work in this field. Additionally, it offers the public the opportunity to observe the ancient Nativity Scene kept in the Convent of the Agustinas of Salamanca.

Art in Money, Money in Art. (2006-2007)
The exhibit offers a double historical and artistic itinerary for the visitor: a history of money, its different expressions throughout history and an introduction to art on paper notes.
A third part of contemporary art that analyzes the concept of money closes the tour of this magnificent exhibition, which included numerous pieces, and works from museums, Foundations and collections.
