"Seicento napoletano: from naturalism to the Baroque" (2008)
During the so-called Neapolitan 'golden century' an impulse is undertaken towards a renewal of the monuments, palaces, churches, squares, etc. In this environment, painting experiences a boom and a new view thanks to Caravaggio. The exhibition creates a magnificent pictorial review of the century, with works by Ribera, Giordano, Falcone and Solimena, among others, highlighting the evolution and the splendor of this happy season of Neapolitan art.

A vision of the most creative period of Marc Chagall (1887-1985) between 1911, when he returns from Paris to Vitebsk -his natal village-, and 1922 when he leaves the Soviet Union for good. In this stage of his career he painted most of his emblematic art work.
